1. Services Provided

We offer small-group and private travel experiences throughout Vietnam. All tours are curated to be culturally respectful, environmentally friendly, and community-oriented.

Details of each tour (including duration, itinerary, price, and included services) are provided before booking. Custom tours may be arranged upon request.

2. Booking & Payments

To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the tour type and date. Instructions for payment will be sent via email.

Prices are subject to change before booking is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed unless there is a mutual agreement to modify the itinerary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellation:
You may cancel your booking by written notice (email). Refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation is made before the tour date. We will inform you of the applicable policy for each case.

Force Majeure:
In cases of natural disaster, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, or events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, we will offer credit or partial refund whenever possible.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal liability, trip cancellation, and loss of belongings.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss during the tour if they result from circumstances beyond our control.

5. Health, Safety, and Conduct

Participants are responsible for informing us of any relevant health conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to local people, the environment, or other guests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, logos, blog posts, and tour descriptions — is the intellectual property of Mai Chau Local Tour unless otherwise stated. Do not reproduce or distribute without permission.
